Committees
Economic Development
To foster the economic well being of the business community, to promote new industry and business development in the Ravenna Area, and encourage local expansion of existing facilities.
Marketing
To provide the Chamber with marketing and advertisement expertise and to provide input on promotion of economic developemnt via materials for businesses and individuals interested in relocating to the Ravenna Area.
Membership Services
To promote chamber membership growth and retention. The committee is responsible for developing and implementing quality programs that are informative and provide value-added service for membership.
Education
To identify the educational needs of the chamber members and develop and/or facilitate programs to address those needs. This committee focuses on seminars, workshops and breakfast/luncheon meetings.
Fundraising
Our annual Golf Outing is one of our primary non-dues fundraisers that involves the membership and community alike. Another fundraiser includes the "Buy Ravenna" coupon books which promotes local purchasing
Networking
Each month there is a networking opportunity called Business After Hours held at a membership business or organization.
Ravens Award Committee
In recognition of distinguished accomplishements, the chamber presents awards annually. The committee performs evaluation of the critiera for the awards, participates with the selection of the awards, plans and markets the event.
